Why should you become a member?
- Participate in every community outdoor climb with no additional fee!
- Support the development of new climbing routes/areas
- Get access to some of the YKCC climbing equipment.
- Get to know the other climbers in the region.
- Helps build the foundation for a strong climbing community in Yellowknife.
How does the YKCC use your membership money?
- Developing new outdoor routes and ensuring the existing crags are safe to use by changing old bolts.
- Renewing and increasing our inventory of climbing equipment available for members. This equipment is an opportunity for new climbers to try the sport.
How long is a membership good for?
- Memberships are valid for one calendar year. (All memberships expire on December 31st.)
